I was really happy with this dress, the fabric feels so nice and soft and the stitching is super neat, it just feels like something that was made with care.

Had a question about my order and, snap judgment, I figured it might turn into a hassle. But they replied quickly. I did have to follow up once, nothing major, and after that everything got sorted fine.

I ordered something from Rixo and ended up having to return it. To be fair, the refund did come through in the end and there weren’t any major issues, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Customer service was okay, just not especially helpful or quick. Overall, nothing awful happened, I just would’ve liked to have the money back a bit sooner.

I can usually find my size in stock, which I do appreciate, but it’s a little annoying when certain dresses sell out so quickly. It’s not the end of the world, and overall the selection is still decent, but it would be nice if the popular sizes stuck around a bit longer.

The areas under the arms and where my bag usually sits seemed to wear down faster than I would’ve expected. It hasn’t ripped or anything like that, but looking back, it definitely started showing wear sooner than similar dresses I’ve owned.

Parcel update went missing. I got a bit worried. Support took about a day to reply, but they fixed it and kept me updated. Happy enough. Just wish it was faster.

The dress fit pretty much how I expected it to. I’d say the sizing was about 9 out of 10 accurate for me, and I didn’t really have any issues with it.
